Sir Jinx Interview by Dubcnn.com “Mentions Eazy-E”

Some interesting facts about Ice Cube’s Classic album Amerikkka’s Most Wanted were brought up in this interview by Dubcnn.com

Sir Jinx:

I keep that around me like that. Whenever I’m making a record it’s going to come from a few different angles. I’m going to study them angles in order for you to get that feel, because we don’t know how to write music. The only thing we know how to do is steal it. So at the point of knowing how to reformat that kind of environment, you can tell a little of the Ice Cube record because it’s political. The Ice Cube record was tow records: it was Chuck D and Eazy-E mixed together. That was Amerikkka’s Most Wanted. A lot of them songs on Amerikkka’s Most Wanted were written for Eazy-E.

Dubcnn: I didn’t know that.

Every place where Cube said, ‘little boys and girls/they all love me/ come sit on the lap/of I-C-E’ that was Eazy-E at first. When they broke up, he shook them. He wanted to put the records out so fast before Eric could put them out. Once Upon A Time was an Eazy track, Get Off My Dick And Tell Yo Bitch To Come Here was an Eazy track, Gangsta’s Fairytale, and a few more were Eazy tracks. The later songs like The Bomb, Endangered Species came and those songs were made closer to the time we released the record. But, a lot of them songs were written already, that’s why we could do the record in 2 months, February to March. The record came out in April.
Thank’s, teletomble posting it on the Forum

Some related news on Comptons former Mayor

LOS ANGELES (AP) – Former Compton Mayor Omar Bradley who was sentenced to three years in prison for misappropriating public funds is serving his time in a halfway house. Bradley was convicted in February of using city-issued credit cards to pay expenses such as golf shoes, clothing, in-room movies and tooth repair.

Officials said Thursday that Bradley has been sent to Volunteers of America, a restitution house.

Terry Bork, who prosecuted Bradley, was surprised to hear where Bradley was assigned.

Superior Court Judge Jack Morgan did not order Bradley to repay Compton the $19,000 the district attorney’s office believes he owed. Morgan had ordered a $200 restitution fine that is required by law and goes to a state fund for victim expenses.

Bradley’s attorney, Ben Pesta, said he believes his client owes $1,700 and that serving time behind bars would be too harsh for the crime.

A spokesman for the California Department of Corrections said there was nothing unusual about Bradley’s assignment.

Bradley met criteria that allows him to stay at the 50-bed, minimum-security facility, spokesman George Kostyrko said. Few prison inmates enter the program because they cannot be repeat offenders or be convicted of a violent crime.

Bradley, 45, is allowed to leave the facility five days a week to work for a job-training program in Carson for the developmentally disabled. He can see visitors but cannot have a vehicle, said Volunteers for America spokesman Jim Howat.

Bradley, former City Councilman Amen Rahh and former City Manager John D. Johnson were charged with two counts each of misusing public funds from 1999 to 2001. Prosecutors alleged that the three used city-issued credit cards as “personal piggy banks” and double billed travel expenses to Compton, known as the birthplace of “gangsta rap.”

Bradley received a three-year sentence but will be released in August 2005 because he served jail time while awaiting trial.

Johnson also was sentenced to three years in prison and Rahh was ordered to perform 250 days’ community service.

NEW The Brownside Album “Trece Razones”

The Brownside was signed to Ruthless Record’s around 1993 or 94. It would have been the first chicano gangster rap group on the label and would have catapulted chicano / latin rap into the mainstream with the backing and support of Eazy-E and Ruthless Records. Suge Knight got knocked out Cold in Los Angeles Streets

Suge Knight one of Eazy-E’s most well known enemies got knocked out.
TMZ.com reported, Suge was at Shag nightclub when he began arguing with a man he had been talking with. Our spy overheard Suge say, “I want my money!” Suge and his peeps beat the guy to the ground, but the man landed a right hook on Suge’s face, knocking him out for around three minutes.

We obtained these photos of a bloody Suge just after the incident.

Suge was taken to the hospital where LAPD officers arrived, but he refused to file a report.
